Returns & Exchanges

BĀMBA SWIM accepts returns for store credit on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with tags and hygiene seals intact. Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return for store credit.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Parcel

  Ensure all items are unworn and unwashed with original packaging; include your packing slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Purchase a shipping label through your preferred carrier and send the package to our international distribution center, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a digital gift card for the full purchase amount will be emailed to you within 5-7 business days.
