Do you ship internationally?
Yes, BĀMBA ships worldwide via DHL Express. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your DHL tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all hygiene liners and tags still attached.
Will I have to pay duties and taxes?
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the checkout total.
